Rules and Regulations
An online registration form will be issued upon receipt of monthly fee.
The online registration form should be filled within two days from the date of receipt of the form from the teacher.
Only one session is allowed to be attended before filling the online registration form.
Drawing class sessions would be conducted on first four weeks only, means 1st to 28th of every month.
Drawing class sessions will be twice a week and a maximum of 8 sessions per month.
Students should pay the fee in advance and once paid will not be refundable.
Even if the students is on leave, he/she should pay fees on or before 10th of every month otherwise academy will think that the student has quit the class and re-admission will be possible only if the seat is available.
Students are expected to be consistent in their presence within the classroom during scheduled session hours.
Students should carry all the required material while attending the session.
Harmony Arts would not be responsible for Summer / Diwali or any personal break. Fees should be paid for all months.
Drawing classes are closed on academy / public holidays and sessions are not reimbursed. (Please refer to the Academy holidays in the Student Dashboard)
In case of any emergency leave of the teacher, an attempt will be made to reimburse the session at the convenience of the teacher and the student.
Harmony Arts reserves all rights to make the changes as and when required.
Above all the rules and regulations will be applicable and bound to the entire students.
